NEW SEASON Menu COming in March 2025!

The countdown to the new 2025 season is underway at Eddrachilles Hotel and we are busy working on our menus and dishes.. In the meantime, please scroll down to take a peak at a sample from 2024 of our delicious, relaxed and refined dining. Changes planned in 2025, include:

• a light option mains

• some traditional Scottish elements, with modern refinement - think Rumbledethumps & Skirlie

• the choice of 2 courses, 3 courses and, new for 2025, a single course option for the 6pm sitting.

• some more Scottish traditional elements, each given a bit of refinement.

• a 5 element sharing cheese board available from 9pm in the lounges - ideal for late check-ins or those who need a late night grazing board to accompany a malt whisky or Scottish artisan gin.

Sample Dinner Menu 2024- our selection changes each day and with the seasons as our experienced chefs cook from fresh and, where possible, local ingredients. We therefore cannot guarantee that items on this menu will be available on a particular date. We can guarantee every dinner will be delicious! .
