The Glebe
Our restaurant may have a new name for 2025 but award winning Head Chef Trevor Williams is still in charge, returning for his sixth season. His food is a "classic taste of the Far North", a delicious combination of Scottish ingredients, classic culinary skills and contemporary flare.
Dinner is open to external guests as well as those staying in the hotel. As with breakfast, dinner is served in our restaurant which is located in the oldest part of the building, the original manse kitchen, dairy and stabling, overlooking the courtyard garden. We also have dog friendly dining area for well behaved pets.
The Glebe at Eddrachilles remains a small, intimate restaurant serving a Table d’Hote menu which changes each day. For 2025 there are sittings at 6.00pm, 7.00 pm or 8.00 pm. . Guests are welcome to enjoy the views of the sea and woodland gardens over a pre-dinner drink in the sun lounge or lounge bar and can opt to return to the lounges for dessert, tea or coffee, or a digestif.
Access to the restaurant is step free (as is the ground floor of the hotel) and there is a reserved parking bay by the front door for those with mobility restrictions.

Dine at The Glebe
The Glebe restaurant at Eddrachilles publishes its dinner table d’hôte menu around noon each day - a new menu every day. Each dish is cooked by our chefs from fresh ingredients (Scottish where possible).
The table d’hôte menu includes three starter options (one of which will be vegetarian), four main options (one meat or game, one seafood/fish, one vegetarian, and a Scotch Beef steak), and three desserts and our Northern Highlands cheese plate. Selections can be made from our quality wine and bar lists.
Our chefs can adapt dishes for guests who have allergies, or who follow medically prescribed, or life-choice diets.. However, our remote location means that all supplies have to be ordered in so please advise us of any specific requirements several days in advance.
Reservations for dinner are essential. Sittings are now available at 6.00 pm, 7.00 pm and 8.00 pm.
Those not staying in the hotel are welcome to join us from 5.00 pm. allowing plenty of time to enjoy a pre-dinner drink and the views from the lounge bar or sun lounge.
